If large, complex details are requested without a pre-existing reference, an additional design fee will be charged (the design fee will depend on the level of detail).

The artist does not use AI or copy other artworks.

Do not draw: children, furry, heavily overweight figures, robots.

Do not accept commissions with vague, unclear requests or those lacking a detailed brief.

Based on the deadline provided by the client. If no specific deadline is specified by the client, the default completion timeframe is from 2 months.

In the event of delayed responses from the client, the final deadline will automatically be extended by the exact number of delayed days.

Number of revisions: The number of revisions allowed after the artist delivers the completed version is two (2). An additional fee will incur if the client requests further revisions after exhausting the free limit (calculated at 2% of the total commission price per revision).

Major concept changes: Major changes to the concept after the artist has delivered the completed version will incur a fee equal to 50% of the total commission price.

Before the Sketching Phase (Prior to Commencing Work): If the client cancels the order during this phase, the artist will issue a 100% refund of the deposit.

During the Sketching Phase: If the client cancels the order after the sketch has been delivered, the deposit for the sketching phase will be non-refundable.

During the Line Art & Coloring Phase: If the client cancels the order during this phase, the deposit will be non-refundable, and the commission process will be terminated immediately.

Cancellation by the Artist: The artist will issue a 100% refund if the artist actively cancels the order.

Deadline Breach: The artist reserves a maximum grace period of 50% of the original deadline to deliver the final artwork. If the commission is still not completed after this grace period expires (excluding extensions due to client delays), the client is entitled to a 100% refund and negotiation for compensation.

Waitlist Deposit: Clients are required to pay a 20% deposit of the estimated total price to secure their slot. This amount will be deducted from the final payment.

Non-Refundable Policy: Please note that this 20% waitlist deposit is strictly non-refundable should the client cancel their request.

Price Modifications: In the event of any changes regarding the pricing, the artist will notify and discuss them with the client prior to execution.

Clients are kindly requested to provide a detailed brief and submit it via Google Drive, email, or any similar method.

Ownership: The artist retains full copyright of the artwork. The client is granted usage rights only.

Standard & Private Commissions: All Standard and Private commissions are licensed for personal use only.

Commercial Commissions: Commercial commissions are licensed for personal use, commercial purposes, and profit-generating activities.

Artist Rights: The artist reserves the right to post the artwork on social media platforms, and include it in portfolios or as commission samples.

The client is required to pay a 20% deposit of the total price to confirm the order. Upon approval of the sketch (preliminary, uncolored sketch), the client shall pay the remaining 80%.

Payment Method: Clients are kindly requested to make payments via bank transfer.

Transaction Fees: The client shall bear 100% of all transaction fees (if any).
